NurseCase

Terms of Service

Effective July 26, 2026

By accessing NurseCase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational use only

NurseCase provides fictional clinical simulations and AI-generated educational feedback. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, staffing direction, or hospital-specific policy. Always follow applicable laws, professional scope of practice, facility protocols, and licensed clinical supervision.

No real patient information

You must not submit identifiable patient information, protected health information, confidential facility information, or content you do not have permission to use. Simulation responses should refer only to the fictional cases shown in NurseCase.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and activity performed through it. Guest accounts may be lost if the app is removed before an account is created. You may permanently delete your account from Settings.

Subscriptions

NurseCase Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store. Prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Deleting a NurseCase account does not cancel a store subscription. Restore Purchases can be used for eligible transactions.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, automate account creation, bypass subscription or usage limits, interfere with security controls, reverse engineer protected service components, or use generated content to make unsupervised decisions about a real patient.

AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Scores are educational indicators rather than professional competency assessments. You remain responsible for independently verifying clinical information with authoritative sources and local policy.

Availability and changes

Features may change as NurseCase improves. We may suspend access needed to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, NurseCase is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or clinical accuracy and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on educational simulations or AI output. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
